Congo, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela,
Yemen, Zimbabwe.

3.2 Compliance and Restrictions

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that:
• You are not located in a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You are not subject to sanctions from the EU, UN, or any governmental authority.
• You will not use VPNs or similar technology to bypass restrictions.
You agree not to provide access to the Services to any Restricted Person.

4.1 Creating an Account

protocols. You acknowledge that:
• We do not control third-party platforms.
• Transactions are executed by third-party services.
• We are not responsible for losses from third-party interactions.

5.2 Trading and Execution

Cabal Bot provides tools for automated trading, limit orders, stop-loss, take-profit, sniping, and
copy trading. You acknowledge that:
• All transactions are final once executed.
• We do not guarantee execution times.
• Market volatility may affect order execution.

5.3 Compliance with Third-Party Terms

By using external DEXs or blockchain platforms, you agree to follow their terms and policies.

6.1 Service Fees

We may charge fees for using our Services. Fee structures, including trading fees, withdrawal fees,
and other applicable costs, may change at any time at our discretion. Any applicable fees will be
disclosed before you proceed with a transaction.

6.2 Third-Party Fees

DEXs, liquidity pools, and blockchain networks may charge gas fees and additional costs, which
you are responsible for.

6.3 Fee Adjustments

We reserve the right to change fees at any time. Any updates will be reflected in the interface of the
bot or on our official communication channels.

We may offer a referral program that rewards users for referring new customers to the platform.
The structure, conditions, and payouts of the referral program may change at any time. Participation
in the referral program constitutes agreement to its current terms.

8.1 Ownership

All content, trademarks, and technology used in our Services are owned by Cabal Bot or licensed.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal purposes.

8.3 Restrictions

You must not:
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify our Services.
• Use our trademarks without permission.
• Resell or distribute our software.

9.1 No Guarantees

• Uninterrupted service.

9.3 Financial Risks

You must not use our Services for:
• Fraud, money laundering, or illegal trading.
• Market manipulation (e.g., wash trading, pump & dump schemes).
• Unauthorized access (hacking, exploiting vulnerabilities).
Any violation may result in account suspension.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle data,
security, and compliance.

12.1 Exclusion of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cabal Bot is not liable for:
• Losses from trading decisions.
• Service interruptions, hacks, or exploits.
• Smart contract bugs, network congestion, or blockchain failures.

12.2 Liability Cap

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount of fees you paid to us in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cabal Bot from any claims, damages, or
liabilities resulting from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:
• You violate these Terms.
• You engage in fraudulent activities.
• We receive legal or regulatory requests.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Romania.

15.1 Arbitration Clause

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber
of Commerce (ICC).

15.2 No Class Actions

You waive any right to file a class-action lawsuit.
